Inspiration of Madame Choux came from the one single dessert in Entrecote- Café de Paris which is the Profiterole, and we realized that there must be more to this pastry than ice cream and chocolate sauce and – it is actually a cream puff that dates way back in time to the 1500 when mums used to make it at home for their family with vanilla filling. It’s a French pastry with cream filling and comes in different flavours. It can be fruity, vanilla, chocolate, nuts or even common cake flavours of cheesecakes, tiramisu.
